Kesinga is a multi-tenant local directory, news and listings platform. Anonymous visitors may browse public content. An account is required to comment, like, post, or create and manage a business listing.
A business listing becomes publicly visible only after the Platform confirms receipt of the applicable subscription fee, paid via the UPI details shown at checkout. Fees are set per business category and billing cycle (monthly/annual) and may change with notice. The Platform reserves the right to approve, suspend or reject any listing at its discretion, including for inaccurate, misleading or policy-violating content.
You are responsible for content you post (reviews, comments, posts, listings). You must not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. The Platform may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Platform may display promotional content/advertisements across pages, entities and modules. Advertisements are clearly labelled "AD" and are configured, scheduled and moderated by the Platform's content administrators.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy of business listings, user content, or the quality of goods/services offered by listed businesses.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
